A股異動 | 易事特漲近6% 實控人將變更為廣東省人民政府
格隆匯1月10日丨易事特漲近6%,報7.51元,總市值175億元。易事特昨晚公吿,公司於近日接到廣物集團、廣東恆鋭股權投資合夥企業、揚州東方集團及何思模的通知,上述各方於1月8日簽署了《關於轉讓所持易事特集團股份有限公司股份之股份轉讓協議》及《關於易事特集團股份有限公司表決權放棄協議》。本次交易涉及公司控股股東及實際控制人發生變化。交易完成後,廣物集團將成為上市公司的控股股東。廣東省人民政府作為廣物集團的實際控制人,將成為上市公司的實際控制人。
