標普:通關料可推動港鐵(00066.HK)收入全面復甦
評級機構標準普爾發表報告指,跨境和高鐵業務於2019年為港鐵(00066.HK)帶來約53億元的票價收入,但疫情爆發令有關業務暫停。隨著香港與內地昨日(8日)首階段重新通關,跨境和高鐵服務恢復,車費及車站租金的收入貢獻,尤其是免稅店,料將成港鐵公司(00066.HK)收入全面復甦的關鍵推動力之一。
標普又提到,港鐵旗下大圍站商場「The Wai」及黃竹坑站商場「THE SOUTHSIDE」,料分別於今年中及年底開業,估計將帶來可觀的租金收入增長。(ek/k)
