捨得酒業(600702.SH)：提名倪強、周波為董事候選人
格隆匯1月5日丨捨得酒業(600702.SH)公佈，公司第十屆董事會第二十次會議決議，審議通過《關於提名董事候選人的議案》。因張樹平辭去公司董事、董事長職務，郝毓鳴辭去公司董事職務，經公司控股股東四川沱牌捨得集團有限公司推薦，公司董事會提名委員會資格審查，董事會同意提名倪強、周波為公司第十屆董事會董事候選人，任期自公司股東大會審議通過之日起至本屆董事會任期屆滿之日止。
公吿顯示，倪強，男，1977年8月出生，碩士研究生，1998年10月加入中國共產黨，2000年7月參加工作。歷任上海良友(集團)有限公司企業策劃部、法律事務部總經理；上海延華智能科技股份有限公司總裁助理；復地(集團)股份有限公司公共事務部總經理、總裁助理、副總裁、高級副總裁；豫園股份副總裁、執行總裁，兼任上海豫園商業發展集團董事長、東家文創集團董事長；復星蜂巢副董事長。現任中國青年企業家協會常務理事、中國酒業協會特邀副理事長、中國百貨商業協會特聘副會長。曾任共青團上海市委第十四屆委員會委員。曾獲“上海市新長征突擊手”稱號。2022年3月起擔任豫園股份總裁(輪值)。
周波，男，1972年2月出生，碩士研究生，1996年7月至2002年11月在香港鑫達玩具禮品有限公司擔任外發部副經理；2004年1月至2007年12月在愛而秦可新材料(廣州)有限公司擔任副總經理；2008年4月至2012年3月在策源地產擔任經理；2012年4月至2014年1月在復星地產控股養老產品線擔任人事行政總監；2014年2月至2018年12月在上海豫園商旅文產業投資管理有限公司擔任副總裁兼人力資源部總經理；2019年1月至2021年12月擔任上海復地產業發展集團有限公司高級副總裁兼人力資源部總經理、總裁辦公室總經理；2021年12月起擔任豫園股份執行總裁。
