中播數據(00471.HK)：簽署協議為3萬印尼島嶼村落提供衞星互聯網多媒體服務，駐華大使見證簽約儀式，中播服務東盟落地
格隆匯1月4日丨中播數據(00471.HK)宣佈，已與PTBumDesaIndonesia簽訂戰略合作協議("協議")，成立合資公司，為印尼的3萬島嶼村落提供一站式衞星互聯網多媒體服務。此服務將令數百萬人首次能上網和享用現代化數字媒體服務，並幫助推動印尼鄉鎮快速數字化轉型和經濟發展。
該協議由"印尼航天航空協會"以及關聯公司"絲路控股"大力協調和支持，並由印尼駐華大使Djauhari O ratmangun閣下及印尼駐港總領事Ricky Suhendar閣下親臨主持簽約儀式，其於2022年12月24日在香港君悦酒店舉行，有眾多業界夥伴和友好人士參加。
PT Bum Desa Indonesia("BDI")是根據2014年印尼國家鄉村法創建的全國性鄉鎮企業控股公司，其直接和間接統籌和促進3萬多個村落(Bumdes)的數字化基礎設施和服務發展，與全國其它村落亦有密切合作關係網，以配合政府的鄉鎮現代化全國規劃。印尼有大約18,750個島嶼和75,000個村落，居住人口占總人口2.85億的40%(約1.1億)，其大多數仍然未能上網。傳統的網絡基礎設施鋪墊因經濟和地理因素面臨極大挑戰，衞星被視為最可行的技術方案。
根據協議，中播將作為總承包商，提供端到端、全方位的互聯網寬頻和多媒體服務方案，包括空間段，地面段，和用户端的系統集成，端到端軟硬體和服務應用，和遍佈每個村落的」超級Wi-Fi網路熱點，而BDI將提供當地運營和市場開發的各個方面支援，雙方並會成立合資公司(【合資公司】)，經營相關業務，協議年期為三年，每三年可自動更新續約。
公司的服務方案乃以融合技術為核心，是將美國“SpaceX–星鏈Starlink”的寬頻上網功能，以及其它高通量VSAT衞星上網功能，與公司的L波段移動多媒體廣播分發功能相結合。互聯網和多媒體服務將分別由社區中心的終端設備統一接收，然後融入特別興建的超級無線網路(Super WiFi Mesh Network)，分發至20至30公里範圍內的所有的村落家庭。村民在家中可以通過智能手機，平板電腦、和個人終端,享用一體化的高速上網，和豐富、免流量費的視音訊多媒體服務，極具經濟效益。
村落的基本服務付費將從政府補貼部分支付，另外，合資公司額外營收可以通過多項增值服務另外產生，包括數字廣吿，遠程教育、醫療保健、娛樂資訊，和電子商務等，其將與第三方服務供應商合作。實驗網和試點服務預計於今年2月開始在數個印度村落地點建立，隨後將在全國範圍內逐步進行商業落地。
