《大行報告》花旗上調福壽園(01448.HK)目標價至9元 評級「買入」
花旗發表報告,上調福壽園(01448.HK)股份目標價,由7.8元升至9元,評級維持「買入」,同時保持公司於中國中小型股的首選名單內。
該行又下調公司去年盈利預測3%,反映內地於去年11月及12月疫情再起,令9月開始恢復的需求放緩,但今年及明年盈測則調升4%及5%。
花旗提到,與公司財務總監舉行了電話會議,受惠於內地較預期更早取消疫情相關限制,管理層對今年的盈利復甦更為樂觀。而管理層指引公司今年收入及盈利增長超過30%,幅度高於預期。
