聯影醫療(688271.SH)披露部分募投項目實施進展
格隆匯1月2日丨聯影醫療(688271.SH)公佈，公司募投項目中“下一代產品研發項目”系基於現有核心技術和產品，推進各產品線的升級研發及重要核心部件研發、整體技術研發平台的升級和優化等。截至目前，現有產品技術的迭代升級與新產品新技術的開發按照預計進度有序推進，整體技術研發平台的開發推動與產品管線相匹配。隨着上述項目逐步落地，公司第二代產品將在參數性能、核心技術、平台化、國際化等層面得到進一步提升，核心技術自主可控能力將進一步加強。
公司募投項目中“高端醫療影像設備產業化基金項目”具體包括：(1)新建高端智能製造工廠，購置和安裝必要的產線生產設備、自動化升級設備、自動控制設備、立體倉庫和物流設備以及搭建廠區智能化系統，建成後主要用於生產高端XR、CT、PET/CT、MR和PET/MR等系列產品；(2)新建生產研發樓；(3)新建配套綜合樓以及其他配套設施。目前生產研發樓已完成第一層土方開挖，正在進行第一道支撐施工。高端智能製造工廠及綜合配套樓也已於2022年12月初正式開工，目前正在進行試樁施工。該項目建成後將用於生產高端XR、CT、PET/CT、MR和PET/MR等系列產品，其中XR和CT產品可用於新冠疫情的疾病診斷，各項目建設均在有條不紊進行中。
公司募投項目中“信息化提升項目”為公司信息化建設的全面升級，主要包括IT基礎建設、信息安全、數據治理中心、銷售運營系統、生產運營系統、產品研發系統和行政管理系統等。截至目前，公司已完成銷售及售後業務機會及訂單管理系統一期的升級改造，生產運營系統、產品研發系統等其他業務系統的升級改造均已立項並按計劃處於不同執行階段。該項目的階段性進展有助於公司在業務走向全球化的過程中提升內部管理和運營效率，利用並挖掘數據價值，實現數字化管理。
公司募投項目中“補充流動資金項目”進一步優化了公司資本結構，滿足了公司經營發展對營運資金的需求。
此次募集資金投資項目建成後將進一步支持公司未來發展的規模化和全球化，擴充公司高端醫學影像設備產能，目前募投項目的持續推進有助於提升公司產品投入新冠疫情診斷的水平，加快公司產品和技術升級，提高核心部件國產化水平，擴大公司國內外市場份額，推動公司成為一家世界級的醫療創新引領者。
