秦港股份(03369.HK)(601326.SH)公布,公司及子公司對連續12個月內發生的未披露的訴訟、仲裁事項進行了統計,涉及金額合計19.5億元人民幣(下同),佔公司最近一期經審計淨資產的12.14%。其中,公司及子公司作為原告的訴訟、仲裁涉及金額累計2,043.86萬元,作為被告的訴訟、仲裁涉及金額累計逾19.29億元。
公司指,由於部分案件尚未開庭進行實體審理或出具裁決結果,對公司本期利潤或期後利潤的影響尚存在不確定性。
