憂慮經濟衰退美股表現欠佳，防疫全面放開港股高開上揚

昨晚美國投資者擔憂經濟衰退風險逼近，限制美股表現。道指收市升37點，報33241點；標指跌15點，報3829點；納指跌144點，報10353點。市場壞消息包括: Tesla上海工廠將於明年1月3日至19日僅運行17天，其後廠房會在1月20日至31日農曆新年期間停產。美國抵押貸款利率上升的影響及對經濟的擔憂令買賣雙方感到不安，美國房地產市場10月份繼續低迷，20座大城市房價指數連續第四個月下跌。

港股方面，內地將於明年1月8日不再隔離新冠病者，並全面開放，恆指高開194點後走高，一度升505點，收市報19898點，升305點，成交1219億。港股好消息主要來政策及內房，例如: 香港特首李家超宣佈明天開始起取消疫苗通行證、入境檢疫、所有社交距離措施，只維持口罩令。中國宣佈從2023年1月8日起，入境內地人士能證明48小時內核酸檢測陰性，且海關口岸常規檢疫並無異常，可毋須隔離直接進入「社會面」。碧桂園 公佈，董事會聯席主席兼控股股東楊惠妍透過旗下全資公司，向碧桂園借出50.55億元的免息及無抵押貸款，以支持集團經營發展。該貸款初始期限爲三年一個月，可由訂約雙方於屆滿前以書面形式延長。總結: 港股在19000-20000點這區間已平走了接近一個月，這一個月雖然有鋪天蓋地的好消息，不過仍然未能帶領港股更進一步，恆指在結算日後有可能會出現回調。美股方面已經率先走出下跌，暫仍未到反彈的時候。
