*ST海倫(300201.SZ)：簽署新型智能軍工產品研發製造合作協議
格隆匯12月28日丨*ST海倫(300201.SZ)公佈，公司(“甲方”)於2022年12月28日與北京理工大學雷達技術研究所(“雷達所”、“乙方”)、北京理工雷科電子信息技術有限公司(“理工雷科”、“丙方”)、奧瑞思智能科技(阜新)有限公司(“奧瑞思智能”或“丁方”)簽署了《新型智能軍工產品研發製造合作協議》，甲、乙、丙、丁四方互相認同對方企業文化、產業基礎和科研實力。同時，各方一致認為研製新型智能軍工產品具有緊迫性、必要性、可行性，基於各方在車輛、無人機、雷達、信號處理等領域技術積累，共同開發、生產、集成和推廣智能靶車、反無人機綜合作戰平台(反無航母)等新型智能軍工產品，並積極拓展民用市場，推升產品適用範圍。
合作研製產品範圍如下：1、“無人靶車”系列產品。隨着現代戰爭形式快速演變，特別是新型制導武器的不斷出現，作戰靶車將是越來越重要的消耗品和偽裝物，市場需求巨大。四方將合作研製能夠適應多種軍事訓練和實戰需求的“無人靶車”系列產品，同時實現廢舊車輛的綜合利用。
2、“車載式反無人機綜合作戰平台”。在未來戰爭中，無人機將被大量使用，無人機在現代戰爭中怎樣能夠準確偵測、反制敵方的無人機武器甚至決定了戰爭的走向和勝負。四方合作研製的車載式反無人機綜合作戰平台具備以下主要配置和功能：(1)探測端：反無人機雷達、光電設備；(2)反制端：通信/導航壓制、捕獲/摧毀無人機；(3)平台端：車載式反無人機指揮系統、車載式無人機航母(實現無人機搭載和動態起降)。隨着軍用及民用無人機的日益增多，民用機場對於低空小型慢速飛行器的防範，這款產品將使用於民用機場領域。
3、其他。針對消防、電力等行業應急救援的作業特點及操作自動化、無人化需求，四方合作研發製造應急救援類無人機等產品，並逐步擴展至含通訊保障、災情巡查、災害預警等領域。
