嗶哩嗶哩-W(09626.HK)擬因業務調整而裁員 涉多部門並予賠償
《界面新聞》報道,針對嗶哩嗶哩-W(09626.HK)(BILI.US)多名員工在社交媒體反映,自本月初公司於多年部門啟動年底新一輪裁員,內部指裁員比例30%,各部門和崗位均有涉及,包括主站營運中心、遊戲及直播等部門。
據內地媒體引述公司一名被裁營運員工稱,其於月初接到裁員通知,相繼被直屬領導和HR約談,賠償方案為N+2、年假折現。公司給出的理由為「業務調整」,與個人績效表現無關。(ta/w) ~
