格隆匯12月27日丨鋑聯控股(00459.HK)公佈,預期集團截至2022年12月31日止年度的財務業績,對比截至2021年12月31日止年度的權益持有人應占綜合淨溢利約5000萬港元,將錄得顯著倒退,並可能在2022年錄得輕微虧損或達到盈虧平衡。
預期財務業績大幅倒退主要由於香港受新型冠狀病毒疫情的相關限制及措施、長時間關閉香港與中國大陸之間的邊境、利息攀升以及疲弱投資意欲而造成不利市場的情況,而導致香港非住宅物業的成交金額及成交量均錄得顯著跌幅。
