據報融創中國(01918.HK)武漢桃花源項目獲東方資產注資逾33億人幣
《中國證券報》報道,東方資產日前與融創中國(01918.HK)就武漢桃花源項目達成融資合作。根據合作協議,此次融資總規模33.11億元人民幣(下同),所注入資金將用於化解原有債務以及支持項目的整體開發建設。
此次合作達成後,東方資產將行使監管職能,並保留使用融創品牌,融創仍然是操盤方,並會在未來融資償還後回購股權。後續結合項目經營需求,雙方有望進一步增加合作規模。
資料顯示,武漢桃花源項目總建築面積81萬平方米,總貨值約226億元。「桃花源」系產品屬於融創高品質中式住宅序列。(ta/s)
