《美股業績》美光(MU.US)明年裁員一成 上季盈轉虧近2億美元
美光科技(MU.US)預計第二季虧損將遠超預期,明年將裁員一成,因晶片行業持續出現供過於求。在業績公布後,公司股價於盤後跌2%至50.13美元。
行政總裁Sanjay Mehrotra表示,明年市場供求嚴重失衡,全年盈利能力仍將面臨挑戰,預計第二季收入為38億美元,上下浮動2億美元,高於市場預期。但公司預計每股虧損0.62美元,上下浮動0.1美元,遠高於分析師預計的虧損0.3美元。
美光宣布削減投資,將下財年開支減少至70億至75億美元,並將在2024財年進一步大幅減少資本支出。截至11月30 日首季公司收入按年下降47%至40.9億美元,虧損1.95億美元,去年同期為利潤23.1億美元。
