兆豐股份(300695.SZ)：3個募投項目延期
格隆匯12月20日丨兆豐股份(300695.SZ)公佈，公司於2022年12月20日召開第五屆董事會第七次會議、第五屆監事會第七次會議，均審議通過了《關於部分募集資金投資項目延期的議案》，同意公司在募集資金投資項目實施主體、募集資金投資用途及規模不發生變更的情況下，對部分募集資金投資項目進行延期。
公司“年產360萬套汽車輪轂軸承單元擴能項目”截至2022年11月30日已累計投資20155.85萬元，投資進度為85.16%。該項目主要是針對公司售後業務的產能擴充。近年來，隨着公司產業化、數字化生產水平的提升，大大提高了原有的生產節奏，加之近年來國際海運，新冠肺炎疫情影響不斷，海外售後市場存在諸多不確定性。公司基於審慎投資原則，綜合考慮公司現有產能及市場開拓情況，合理調整募集資金投入，穩健推進該募投項目的實施，該募投項目達到預定可使用狀態日期延期至2023年12月31日。
公司“企業技術中心升級改造項目”建設之初，主要是圍繞汽車輪轂軸承單元產品進行研究開發、技術改進、產品升級。通過增添先進、高效、適用的研究開發、檢測試驗和試製設備，提高公司產品開發能力、開發效率和生產工藝水平。近年來，隨着新能源汽車行業的快速發展，整個汽車產業鏈也在不斷髮生變化。面對產業變革、技術更迭，公司也在不斷調整產品結構，逐步開始由“機”向“電”，“機”“電”賦能的產業模式。結合公司整體發展戰略、產業佈局、經營方針的變化調整，對新產品的試驗設備投入也會隨之發生變化。基於前述原因，在審慎使用募集資金的基礎上公司適當放緩了對該募投項目的投資進度，將該募投項目達到預定可使用狀態日期延期至2023年12月31日。
公司“年產3000萬隻汽車輪轂軸承單元精密鍛車件智能化工廠建設項目”截至2022年11月30日已累計投入26576.08萬元，投資進度為54.38%。基於該募投項目前期取得建設用地及基建施工等進度晚於預期，且部分進口設備採購、運輸、安裝及調試等受到疫情等因素的影響，相應地導致了該募投項目實施進度的滯後。綜合考慮目前市場經濟環境及項目實際建設進度，出於審慎投資原則，公司將該募投項目達到預定可使用狀態日期延期至2023年12月31日。
