萬和電氣(002543.SZ):收到基金分配款3335.17萬元
格隆匯12月20日丨萬和電氣(002543.SZ)公佈,前海母基金的普通合夥人前海方舟資產管理有限公司於2022年12月12日發出了《關於前海股權投資基金(有限合夥)2022年第二次分配的通知》,根據前海母基金的整體運營情況與項目退出情況,以及前海母基金合夥人協議及實施細則的相關約定,制定了前海母基金2022年第二次分配方案。根據上述分配方案,公司可獲取的分配金額為人民幣33,351,693.56元。
公司已於2022年12月19日收到了上述基金分配款。
