行業續有「抽水」行動內房股全面捱沽 龍湖、碧桂園系、新城發展、龍光及寶龍挫5%-10%

港府將於下午宣布進一步放寬社交防疫措施限制。恆指今早跌334點或1.7%考驗萬九關獲支持後，曾收窄跌幅回升至19,283，現報19,152，續吐200點或1%，總成交額372億元。
然而，行業繼續有「抽水」行動的內房股今早全面捱沽。上周結束中央經濟工作會議提出推動房地產業向新發展模式平穩過渡，但重申要堅持房住不炒定位。摩通指相關會議陳述並不過份令人興奮。
雅居樂(03383.HK)月內第二度「抽水」，以折讓逾17%每股2.32元先舊後新配售近2.69億股料所得淨額約6.17億元用作還債，該股今早曾失守配股價，最多挫近19%低見2.28元，現報2.35元，續跌16%，成交受配股上板帶動增至3.88億股。
旭輝(00884.HK)折讓逾14%每股1.14元先舊後新配售8.4億股，料所得淨額約9.46億元用作還債。該股今早曾挫18%低見1.09元，現報1.14元，續挫14%，成交受配股上板帶動曾至12.54億股。
新城發展(01030.HK)挫逾8%報3.03元。藍籌龍湖(00960.HK)及碧桂園(02007.HK)失守10天線，最低見23.85元及2.74元，現報24.3元及2.77元，跌逾5%及6%。
昨天折讓近15%每股2.01元先舊後新配售2.35億股集資用作還債的合景泰富(01813.HK)低見2.01元，現報2.06元，續跌4.2%。寶龍(01238.HK)及龍光(03380.HK)齊挫10%，報1.65元及1.26元。
越秀地產(00123.HK)、中海外(00688.HK)、潤地(01109.HK)、萬科(02202.HK)、時代中國(01233.HK)、富力(02777.HK)、金茂(00817.HK)、遠洋(03377.HK)、美的置業(03990.HK)及綠城中國(03900.HK)跌2%-6%，後者最傷曾低見12.82元，現報13.04元，回吐6%。
物管股也隨內房下挫，藍籌碧桂園服務(06098.HK)、新城悅服務(01755.HK)、融創服務(01516.HK)、雅生活服務(03319.HK)、世茂服務(00873.HK)、時代鄰里(09928.HK)及合景悠活(03913.HK)挫逾5%-7%。
