《大行報告》大摩:澳門六博企續牌 看淡銀娛(00027.HK)及金沙中國(01928.HK)投資額較預期高
澳門政府上周五(16日)與6間持現有賭牌的博彩公司簽署新一輪博彩經營批給合同,投資總額共約1,188億元澳門元(下同),外國客源及非博彩項目的投資額佔1,087億元,餘下101億元則投放於博彩項目。
大摩發表報告指,新濠國際發展(00200.HK)旗下新濠博亞(MLCO.US)承諾投資118億元,投資額最細,並低過該行預期的150億元,影響正面。而銀娛(00027.HK)的283億元和金沙中國(01928.HK)的303億元,遠高過該行早前預期的200億元,影響負面。至於永利澳門(01128.HK)、美高梅中國(02282.HK)、澳博(00880.HK)投資額大致符預期。
