格隆匯12月16日丨興森科技(002436.SZ)公佈,為滿足廣州集成電路FCBGA封裝基板項目建設資金需求,公司及全資子公司廣州興森半導體有限公司擬以銀團貸款方式向金融機構申請項目貸款額度。
牽頭行:國家開發銀行深圳市分行、中國進出口銀行深圳分行,參貸行:招商銀行股份有限公司廣州分行、中國建設銀行股份有限公司廣州開發區分行、中國工商銀行股份有限公司深圳南山支行等;授信總額度:不超過29.40億元人民幣;借款期限:預計為10年。
