太古地產(01972.HK)收購成都項目餘下50% 遠洋集團獲利近14億人民幣
太古A(00019.HK)、太古B(00087.HK)及太古地產(01972.HK)聯合公布,太古地產向遠洋集團(03377.HK)及遠洋服務(06677.HK)收購以零售為主導的綜合發展項目-成都遠洋太古里項目合共50%權益,總代價55.5億人民幣。
遠洋集團估計出售產生淨收益約13.87億人民幣。所得款項將用於償還現有債務。遠洋服務估計出售收淨益約3,300萬人民幣,所得款項將用作一般營運資金。
完成後,太古地產將持有項目100%權益。該項目位於成都市錦江區,總樓面面積約160萬平方呎,主要包括一個開放式及街區式的購物中心及一間附設服務式住宅的精品酒店,其2021年度稅後淨利潤約16.16億元,按年增長49.9%。
