振華股份(603067.SH):擬向銀行申請8億元綜合授信額度
格隆匯12月13日丨振華股份(603067.SH)公佈,公司第四屆董事會第十五次會議決議,審議並通過《關於向銀行申請授信額度的議案》,該議案無需提交公司股東大會審議。
根據公司2023年度生產經營計劃及相應的資金安排,公司計劃向銀行申請人民幣8億元的綜合授信額度,上述授信額度以各銀行實際審批的額度為準。本次授信額度可供公司及公司子公司使用,具體融資金額將視實際需求確定,同時授權公司董事長就該等授信額度具體行使決策權以及簽署相關文件。該議案自董事會決議通過之日起12個月內有效。
