協鑫能科(002015.SZ)與深巴新能源簽署戰略合作協議 在移動能源充換電產業方面開展密切合作
格隆匯12月13日丨協鑫能科(002015.SZ)公佈，公司與深圳巴士新能源有限公司(簡稱“深巴新能源”)於2022年12月13日簽署了《戰略合作協議》。合作雙方本着優勢互補、互惠互利、共同發展的原則，遵照國家現行法律法規，及產業、行業政策，在自願、平等、雙贏的基礎上，經友好協商，達成本戰略合作框架協議並開展合作。合作範圍包括：
1、新能源汽車充電基礎設施建設的合作
深巴新能源、協鑫能科發揮各自優勢，積極推進深圳及大灣區地區的出租車、網約車、公交車等方面新能源汽車的應用，圍繞新能源車輛銷售、租賃、運營業務開展合作可行性研究，充分發揮充換電領域的技術和管理優勢，聯合推進充換電基礎設施建設及運營業務，為深圳及大灣區新能源汽車提供補能服務。
2、新能源充電站光、儲、充、檢、換建設的合作
雙方探索在深圳及大灣區當地共同投資建設“光儲充檢換”一體化項目，開展“光儲充檢換”一體化模式研究，致力於打造清潔能源發電、用電、充換電和儲能的生態閉環，實現減排降碳，雙方藉此推進支持深圳及大灣區發展碳中和產業集羣。
3、運營合作
在動力電池運營方面開展合作，探索建立電池銀行併合作運營。
4、數據合作及管理標準輸出
雙方探討開展能源大數據合作，探索以電池銀行的數據為基礎，打造電池全生命週期數據體系，整合電池銀行、充換電站、新能源汽車、新能源電站、儲能電站等全產業鏈的能源、運力和金融數據，為充換電網絡的選址開發、能源調配、金融保險等提供支撐，並制定相關行業標準。數據合作的目標是建立以深圳為中心，向大灣區進行拓展輻射的移動能源大數據平台，最終形成全國移動能源業務的數據中心、資產管理中心，以及全球領先的移動能源AI開發平台。
5、資本合作
探索設立新能源產業基金，基金重點聚焦投資新能源、新能源汽車產業鏈以及光儲充檢換項目相關的智能製造等領域，重點圍繞雙方產業鏈進行相關的投資，包括動力電池融資租賃。
公司表示，該次戰略合作協議的簽署，旨在以實現合作雙方的優勢互補和資源共享為目的，通過充分發揮各自的資源和優勢，在移動能源充換電產業方面開展密切合作，有利於進一步提升公司的市場競爭力和持續盈利能力，符合公司長期發展戰略和全體股東的利益。
