港股急漲後現調整，該回調加倉還是止盈賣出？從三個關鍵問題看後續機會
經過上週一輪急漲，12月12日，恆生指數開盤跌1.54%。恆生科技指數跌2.54%。新能源汽車股普跌，理想汽車跌11%，小鵬汽車跌超8%。碧桂園服務跌超11%，控股股東擬折價12%出售2.4億股，價值50.5億港元。
當前時點，天風證券表示，仍然看好港股中概的後續機會，未來需要關注：
1）短期：備受關注的中概審計監管問題或即將有最終結論，若能最終達成一致，中概退市風險將化解，有望進一步改善市場情緒帶動繼續上漲；各地防疫政策落實速度快於預期，密切關注出入境防疫政策的變化；
2）中期：各地優化政策加速落實，能否推動基本面的拐點與企業盈利修復好於預期，若能好於預期將帶動更多長期資金配置；
3）長期：外資開始關注中國資產的配置機會能否帶動加大中國資產的配置比例。
2022年12月7日，國務院聯防聯控機制綜合組出臺了《進一步優化落實新冠肺炎疫情防控的措施》（簡稱「新十條」），對風險區劃定和管理、核酸檢測、隔離方式、保障羣衆就醫購藥需求、社會正常運轉和學校疫情防控等工作，提出了優化要求。各地針對跨地區人員流動方面持續調整，同時核酸檢測方面，各地均已落實「新十條」要求，不再開展大範圍全員核酸檢測。
截至12月6日，從11月以來的最近一個多月安碩MSCI中國ETF合計獲得5.68億美元淨申購，其中有三天單日淨流入均超過1億美元。該ETF成分包括騰訊、阿裏巴巴、京東等互聯網巨頭以及建設銀行、中國平安、中國銀行等金融股。此外，跟蹤中概互聯網巨頭的安碩中概互聯網指數ETF獲得2.31億美元的流入。
近期多隻港股通ETF成交額暴增。恆生互聯網ETF、恆生科技指數ETF6日單天成交金額超過30億元，是權益類ETF中成交金額最大的ETF。此外，中概互聯ETF、恆生科技ETF、恆生醫療ETF單日成交金額均超過20億元。
當前時點，天風證券仍然看好港股中概的後續機會，未來需要關注：
