奧聯電子(300585.SZ)：擬與胥明軍設奧聯光能、從事鈣鈦礦太陽能電池業務
格隆匯12月9日丨奧聯電子(300585.SZ)公佈，公司全資子公司海南奧聯投資有限公司(“奧聯投資”)近期與自然人胥明軍共同出資設立“南京奧聯光能科技有限公司”(“奧聯光能”)並簽署《投資合作協議》，協議約定奧聯光能主要從事鈣鈦礦太陽能電池及其製備裝備的研發、生產、製備、銷售等。
奧聯光能註冊資本為人民幣5000萬元，其中奧聯投資以貨幣方式出資4750萬元，佔比95%；胥明軍以貨幣方式出資250萬元，佔比5%。
公吿顯示，胥明軍長期從事軍工/科技型企業運營管理，專注於鈣鈦礦太陽能電池技術研究和鈣鈦礦太陽能電池製備工藝裝備的國產化、自主化和體系化，對鈣鈦礦電池研發進程和產業化過程有獨到的理解與實踐能力，在鈣鈦礦技術產業化所需要的材料配方、工藝研發、裝備研製等領域具備核心競爭能力。
鈣鈦礦太陽能電池作為第三代太陽能電池，具有高轉換效率、低成本等突出優勢，具有廣闊的發展前景。為抓住鈣鈦礦太陽能發電技術的發展機遇，現甲、乙雙方發揮各自優勢，合作設立鈣鈦礦太陽能電池公司奧聯光能，快速建立、完備鈣鈦礦太陽能電池製備技術體系、製備能力，完備鈣鈦礦太陽能電池工藝裝備研製體系、規模化生產能力，推動鈣鈦礦光伏產業化發展。同時，不斷優化升級奧聯光能的產品技術及應用方案，提升在鈣鈦礦光伏領域的行業競爭力，實現可持續發展。
公司此次投資，旨在利用雙方優勢資源快速建立、完備鈣鈦礦太陽能電池製備技術體系和製備能力，完備鈣鈦礦太陽能電池工藝裝備研製體系和規模化生產能力，提升在鈣鈦礦光伏領域的行業競爭力，符合國家新能源產業發展相關政策，符合公司“創新型新能源產業龍頭企業”的戰略目標。後續規劃成立鈣鈦礦研究院並聯合國內鈣鈦礦技術研發領先的知名教授、專家團隊，打造材料配方、工藝裝備、組件生產三位一體的平台體系，計劃2023年50MW鈣鈦礦中試線投產，2024年600MW鈣鈦礦裝備和120MW鈣鈦礦電池組件生產線投產，力爭5年內形成8GW鈣鈦礦裝備和2GW鈣鈦礦電池組件生產能力，實現鈣鈦礦電池研發、裝備研製和裝備製造規模、鈣鈦礦電池效率處於行業領先水平。此外，公司還可藉助公司大股東盈科資本在新能源產業鏈(新能源汽車、風光儲產業等)的資源整合優勢，實現產業鏈互通，提升公司在創新型新能源產業滲透力。
