穆迪:房地產市場持續低迷令中國金融體系風險上升
評級機構穆迪表示,中國房地產市場需求乏力,預期政府出臺的各項新政策需要一定時間才能發揮效果,對行業展望仍爲負面。
該行指,房地產業萎縮導致中國經濟增長放緩,若市場持續低迷,將削弱中國金融體系的緩衝,可能會帶來風險。穆迪副總裁兼高級信用評級主任李秀軍表示,國內外宏觀環境不斷變化,令政策有效性下降,同時政府提供的支持正受到越來越多限制。
他認爲,雖然維護金融穩定仍是當局首要任務之一,但在提供支持的意願上已變得更具選擇性,整體經濟增長放緩下銀行將因經營環境惡化而面臨資產質量受損風險,當中小型銀行更易受到房地產市場持續影響。
