港股異動丨中國華融漲超5% 近一個月股價近乎翻倍
格隆匯12月2日丨中國華融(2799.HK)再度拉昇漲超5%,報0.4港元,近一個月累計漲幅近乎翻倍,總市值達320億港元。中山公用股東復星集團擬7.67億元轉讓公司8.04%股份給中國華融。本次權益變動後,中國華融持有公司股份1.19億股,為公司持股5%以上股東。另外,截至10月末,中國華融正在推動中的房企紓困項目16個,預計相關項目將實現上下游供應商10.74億元工程款、材料款順利清償,並保障22548套商品房按期交付,帶動256.89億元項目復工復產。
