海信集團卡塔爾球場落「中國第一」廣告 涉違法
內媒早前報道,近日海信家電(00921.HK)母企、一直有贊助大型賽事的老牌中資企業海信集團,因打出「中國第一,世界第二」中文字廣告,惟因違反中國《廣告法》而換成「中國製造,一起努力」。
內地《廣告法》禁止使用「第一」、「世界級」等字眼,有律師認為,只要調查認定屬於面向中國境內受眾的廣告行為,中國當局有機會仍可進行相應審查。同時,如果用詞對消費者產生誤導之嫌,則可能違反《反不正當競爭法》。
接近海信的內部人士透露,該廣告語指的是指海信電視的出貨量,根據業內比較權威數據,這個說法不見得有問題。海信在11月25日也在投資者互動平台上回應,表示是引用行業諮詢機構AVC Revo的報告數據,指出海信系電視在2022年首十個月的市佔率位居全球第二、中國第一。
