佳兆業集團(01638.HK):一份財富投資合同最多可抵一套房屋
佳兆業集團(01638.HK)發布《錦恆財富產品實物抵款方案》表示,為加快錦恆財富產品兌付節奏,截至公告發布之日合同約定仍未兌付的財富產品本金,以及截止2022年11月14日已產生相應利息,可沖抵房源尾款。
集團表示,投資人未兌付本金超出房源尾款時,優先沖抵本金,剩餘未抵本金按最新現金兌付方案繼續實施兌付,已產生的利息待全部投資人本金兌付完成後另行安排;其次,投資人未兌付本金及已產生利息抵房後,利息部分仍有餘額,待全部投資人本金兌付完成後另行安排;最後,投資人未兌付本金及已產生利息少於房源尾款時,需在網簽前補足房款餘額。
按照抵款原則,投資人可用本人或指定第三方的名義進行抵房。抵房人需具備房源所在地區的購房資格。同時,一份財富投資合同最多可抵一套房源。允許多份財富投資合同金額歸集抵同一房源,允許同一投資人不同財富投資合同資金歸集抵同一房源,抵款後剩餘未抵金額將歸集至一份財富投資合同。(ca/k)
