當代置業(01107.HK)滿足離岸債務重組生效日期兩條件
內媒報道,當代置業(01107.HK)發布離岸債務重組的最新進展,指根據該計劃條款已滿足重組生效日期的兩個條件,包括於今年11月30日已透過結算系統,將重組支持協議費用支付予有權獲得費用的同意債權人的適用參與者現金賬戶;同意在重組生效日期或之前支付的AHG工作費用和AHG法律費用,已於同日按正式開具的發票支付。
當代置業表示,將繼續盡最大努力,根據計劃的條款及該等公告,促使未完成的重組生效日期條件達成並完成重組。
