匯豐廖宜建:香港有一國兩制優勢 要把握好內地機遇
匯豐亞太區聯席行政總裁廖宜建在「香港金融峰會2023」上表示,本港自實施「0+3」以來,經濟逐步復常,人流亦有恢復,近日本港成功舉辦多個論壇及峰會,向世界表示香港正步向復常。
他指,香港具有一國兩制的優勢,雖然目前仍受到疫情防控的影響,但以中長線來看,內地仍是一個具吸引力的市場。他續指,香港是全球走入內地市場的橋樑,因此要提升對環球市場的聯繫能力,本港是國際金融中心,要力保聲譽及地位。
廖宜建表示,香港要捉住內地經濟及發展改革,並在互聯互通上做得更多更好,亦要捉緊東盟貿易的機遇。另好,本港亦要把握內地綠色轉型的機遇,未來碳中和中心將會是本港的重要發展。
他指出,疫情持續令人關注香港人才流失的問題,但他認為,只要本港做好營商環境,就能夠吸引到人才,強調本港要做好準備,才可以立於不敗之地。
