《內地樓市》中指院:碧桂園(02007.HK)首十一月銷售居首 內房商完成全年銷售目標壓力較大
根據中指研究院發布《2022年1-11月中國房地產企業銷售業績排行榜》顯示,2022年首十一個月,碧桂園(02007.HK)、保利發展(600048.SH)、萬科(02022.HK)(000002.SZ)分別以4,373.5億元、4,001億元、3,767億元銷售額位列前三名。首百強房企銷總額為6.73萬億元人民幣(下同),按年下降42.1%,降幅較上月收窄1.3個百分點,其中,首百強房企單月銷售額按年下降34.4%,按月下降4.9%。
期內,千億以上陣營房企19家,較去年同期減少16家。500億至1,000億第二陣營企業16家,較去年同期減少11家。從公布銷售目標的15家房地產企業來看,首十一個月,目標完成率均值為65.4%,低於去年同期的85.7%,完成全年目標壓力較大。從市場表現來看,受多地疫情防控形勢較為嚴峻等因素影響,短期房地產市場銷售尚未呈現明顯好轉跡象。
