特斯拉要在中國佈局芯片廠？公司迴應來了
特斯拉中國的發言人表示，總部位於美國得州的電動汽車生產商特斯拉與濟南的安納思半導體合資公司「沒有任何關係」。企查查數據顯示，安納思半導體的特斯拉同名投資方是註冊地在英國的Tesla Motors Limited。
最近有關特斯拉在中國佈局芯片廠的消息看來是個烏龍。
據券商中國報道，11月28日，特斯拉與瑞士汽車半導體公司Annex 在濟南建立了合資公司安納思半導體。
報道稱該合資公司的註冊資本爲1.5億美元，其中Annex擁有55%的股份，濟南蘇黎世安納思股權投資基金合夥企業持股40%。雖然特斯拉持股比僅佔5%，但這是其首次在中國大陸佈局芯片設計及製造環節。
華爾街見聞發現，除了券商中國，最近其他一些媒體也報道了上述特斯拉在華佈局芯片的消息。
有媒體介紹，納思半導體（濟南）有限公司成立於2022年10月19日，註冊地址是濟南市歷城區華信路 3 號歷城金融大廈1112-16，法定代表人爲Enoch Thomas。經營範圍包括：半導體分立器件製造；汽車零部件及配件製造；智能車載設備製造；智能車載設備銷售；集成電路芯片及產品製造；集成電路芯片設計及服務；集成電路芯片及產品銷售；集成電路製造；集成電路設計；集成電路銷售；半導體分立器件銷售；電子元器件製造；電力電子元器件銷售等。
不過，對於特斯拉在華成立合資芯片公司的消息，一名特斯拉中國的發言人此後表示，總部位於美國得州的電動汽車生產商特斯拉與安納思半導體合資公司「沒有任何關係」。
此外，企查查數據顯示，安納思半導體的特斯拉同名投資方是註冊地在英國的Tesla Motors Limited。
以報道特斯拉和電動汽車行業聞名的新聞網站Electrek還質疑，其他媒體提到的特斯拉芯片廠瑞士合資方Annex身份有假。
Electrek的文章稱，其記者諮詢的半導體行業人士沒聽說過名爲Annex Semiconductor的公司。其記者搜索Annex發現，除了該公司自己的網站和有關特斯拉的報道外，並沒有其他相關消息。記者撥打Annex公司提供的聯繫電話卻打不通，也找不到任何一名和該公司有關的人士。其記者還發現，該公司社交媒體賬戶的鏈接無效，公司的總部地址並不是真實存在的，而該公司介紹的其他辦公室又都沒有列出實際所在地。
雖然特斯拉在中國參與成立芯片廠的消息看來不靠譜，但不可否認，芯片供應是疫情期間困擾衆多汽車廠商的老大難問題，芯片短缺直接導致車企減產的情況屢見不鮮。特斯拉設法拓展芯片供應源的行動也不算意外。上週還傳出臺積電將爲特斯拉生產下一代全自動駕駛（FSD）芯片的消息。
臺灣媒體稱，特斯拉向臺積電下了芯片大單，該訂單的規模將讓特斯拉成爲明年臺積電的七大客戶之一，這些芯片將以4納米或5納米的工藝製造。
對於上述訂單消息，臺積電未予置評。若消息屬實，臺積電將取代三星，成爲特斯拉FSD芯片的代工廠商。
