杜均獲委任新火科技(1611.HK)CEO，賦能數字資產業務多元化發展
【2022年11月30日，香港】新火科技控股有限公司(”新火科技“或”公司“，股票代碼：1611.HK)今日宣佈，因吳樹鵬先生有意尋求其他業務發展，決定辭任執行董事及首席執行官。與此同時，杜均先生獲委任為公司執行董事及首席執行官，未來將帶領新火科技進一步推動數字資產業務的多元化發展。以上變更將於2022年11月30日起生效。
杜均先生作為區塊鏈及數字資產行業的早期佈道者、連續創業者和投資人，擁有近10年的行業經驗，涵蓋企業管理、戰略規劃、市場拓展、投資併購等多個方面。加入新火科技之前，其曾在2013年與公司董事會主席李林先生共同創立全球領先加密貨幣交易平台火幣集團(Huobi Group)，在此之後的幾年作為火幣集團聯合創始人負責公司的戰略規劃、管理及市場拓展。而後杜均先生分別於2017年起擔任Chainup Pte. Ltd.的聯合創始人及董事，2022年起擔任ABCDE Capital的聯合創始人及合夥人。在加入區塊鏈行業之前，杜均先生曾就職於騰訊、康盛創想等知名互聯網公司。當前，杜均先生於新加坡國立大學修讀管理碩士。
