《內地樓市》無錫第五批集中供地錄14幅地皮全部底價成交 總成交額約224億人幣
據《澎湃新聞》報道,江蘇省無錫市第五批集中供地昨日(29日)結束。結果顯示,14幅地皮全部底價成交,總成交額224.14億元人民幣(下同),建設用地總面積90.45萬平方米。
其中,無錫經開區地皮由綠城管理和無錫新都房產開發有限公司聯合體以40.33億元競得,樓面價每平方米20,800元。地皮出讓面積10.77萬平方米,用途為住宅,容積率1.8,建築面積19.39萬平方米。
