港股異動 | 建材水泥股普漲 受益房企政策利好
格隆匯11月29日丨建材水泥股普遍上漲,中國建材漲4.4%,海螺水泥漲4%,華潤水泥漲3.6%,華新水泥、金隅集團跟漲。消息上,證監會28日在股權融資方面調整優化5項措施,並自即日起施行,包括恢復上市房企和涉房上市公司再融資。中信證券指出,在政策持續催化下,基本面“內功”紮實,估值仍在低位的建築央企,以及基本面已經觸底,具備市佔率提升及多品類業務拓展空間的建材龍頭,配置價值已經凸顯。此前,央行主管媒體發文稱,房企融資環境正在好轉,年內房地產市場料逐步觸底企穩。
