南北水 | 茅台遭北上資金拋8.65億元，北水連續6日淨賣出騰訊
北上資金今日淨賣出A股37.6億元。其中，貴州茅台、中國中免、中國平安分別獲淨賣出8.65億元、4.37億元、3.48億元。金山辦公淨買入額居首，金額為2.52億元。
南下資金今日淨買入港股66.38億港元。盈富基金、恆生中國企業、美團-Ｗ分別獲淨買入18.46億港元、10.59億港元、8.19億港元；騰訊控股、香港交易所分別遭淨賣出5.48億港元、1.03億港元。
南水關注的個股
貴州茅台今日盤中一度跌超4%，收跌0.8%，報收1509.88元，總市值近1.9萬億元。
值得關注的一點是，貴州茅台公吿了兩個重磅消息。一個是公司擬實施特別分紅，每股派發現金紅利21.91元(含税)，擬派發現金紅利275.23億元，這是有史以來首次。
公司同時公佈，同日，貴州茅台公吿稱，公司股東中國貴州茅台酒廠（集團）有限責任公司、貴州茅台酒廠（集團）技術開發有限公司計劃利用特別分紅所得，自現金紅利發放日起6個月內，通過集中競價交易增持公司股票，兩家股東合計增持金額不低於15.47億元，不高於30.94億元。
中國中免獲北上資金淨賣出4.37億元。富瑞發研報指，近期參觀中國中免(1880.HK)(601888.SH)旗下海口國際免税城開業，是目前世界最大的單體免税店。該行給予公司A、H股“買入”評級，目標價分別為195元人民幣、210.6元港元。
中國平安獲北上資金淨賣出3.48億元。人民銀行上週五(25日)宣佈全面降準，下月5日將下調金融機構存款準備金率0.25個百分點，釋放約5,000億元人民幣。瑞信指保險公司方面，該行認為中國平安是股票市場情緒可能改善的主要受惠者。
北水關注的個股
今日港股科技股集體下挫，騰訊控股遭淨賣出5.48億，港南下資金自11月21日迄今已連續6個交易日淨賣出騰訊，累計約25.8248億港元。
消息面上，騰訊最大股東南非Naspers荷蘭子公司Prosus的資產淨值報表顯示，截至11月23日持有騰訊26.137億股，比10月28日持有的26.926億股減少7890萬股，這意味着其恢復了減持。此前，在9月9日至10月28日的一個多月裏，Naspers階段性地停止減持騰訊股票。
美團-Ｗ獲淨買入8.19億港元。摩通發研報指，受疫情影響，下調美團(3690.HK)未來幾個季度的收入預期，但認為美團的長期盈利潛力保持不變，一旦消費受益於重新開放，其收入增長將反彈，料公司明年經調整利潤將增長６倍，預期美團將成為增長最快的消費互聯網股票，亦是重新開放貿易主題下看好的公司之一，該行予“增持”評級，惟將目標價由260港元下調至235港元。
