豐元股份(002805.SZ):擬使用不超2.7億元部分閒置募集資金暫補流動資金
格隆匯11月28日丨豐元股份(002805.SZ)公佈,公司於2022年11月28日分別召開第五屆董事會第二十一次會議、第五屆監事會第十五次會議,審議通過了《關於使用部分閒置募集資金暫時補充流動資金的議案》,同意公司及公司全資子公司山東豐元鋰能科技有限公司(“豐元鋰能”)使用合計不超過人民幣2.7億元的部分閒置募集資金暫時補充流動資金,使用期限自2022年11月28日起,最晚不超過2023年11月27日,到期將歸還至募集資金專户。
