《大行報告》摩通予電盈(00008.HK)「增持」評級 香港電訊-SS(06823.HK)最具防守性
摩根大通發表報告指,十年期美國國債孳息率上升,加上7月中旬電盈(00008.HK)旗下男團MIRROR演唱會事故打擊市場情緒,令電盈受香港電訊(06823.HK)的股價年初至今分別累跌15%及9%。
該行認為,電盈在目前水平上具有上行空間,主要來自於其持有的香港電訊股權市值折讓已接近歷史高位,而且電盈股息率高達12厘,水平吸引,非電信相關業務前景亦具有韌性。
摩通稱,雖然利息成本上升,但預計香港電訊在2022至2024年期間將維持100%的AFF派息率及每股派息2%複合年增長率,繼續列香港電訊為最具防禦性的香港電信公司,看好其多元化業務組合及派息水平,與電盈一樣同予「增持」評級,電盈目標價4元,該行降香港電訊目標價,由13.5元降至11元。
