優然牧業(09858.HK)武威牧場單產突破41公斤 單牛最高單產達90公斤
近年來，奶產業已經成為甘肅省強縣域促經濟的一項重要富民產業。據行業統計，截至2022年6月底，甘肅省奶畜存欄122萬頭，其中荷斯坦奶牛27萬頭。作為甘肅省奶牛養殖第一大市，武威市把奶產業作為現代農業的“首位產業”加快培育。2022年，武威市制定印發了《武威市奶產業鏈發展實施方案》，方案明確推進奶產業鏈發展的九大行動舉措，進一步推動武威奶業產業轉型、結構升級、要素聚集、鏈條鍛造，加快奶業現代化步伐，錨定“百億級”目標，強龍頭、補鏈條、聚集羣，打造甘肅乳都和百億級河西走廊黃金奶源基地。目前，奶產業成為武威市發展最快、最具競爭力的農業優勢特色產業。3年時間，奶牛存欄量從2.8萬頭髮展到7.9萬頭，由全省第4位躍居第1位。
近日，記者走進甘肅省內單體規模最大的示範性牧場——武威優然牧業12000頭奶牛養殖示範園，一頭頭奶牛在轉盤擠奶機上有序擠奶，一排排高標準現代化牛舍整齊排列。
在優然牧業武威牧場智慧牧場管理系統中，記者瞭解到，目前牧場奶牛養殖規模已經滿欄達到12000頭，目前單產已經超過41公斤以上，實現了行業內新投產牧場單產新的突破。其中牧場編號為190122和190390的兩頭奶牛的單牛最高產奶量達到90kg/日，另外有65頭奶牛單產突破70kg/日以上，彰顯出優然牧業多年來在奶牛養殖和良種選育、培育方面的深厚積澱，對於牧場未來奶牛繁育提供了優良的高產母牛品種儲備。
優然牧業武威牧場於2021年9月開始擠奶運營。一年來，牧場不斷提升管理、夯實SOP管理標準、提升員工的技能，在投產第二年就實現41公斤以上高單產目標，成為行業內新投產牧場的新標杆。據介紹，根據目前牧場奶牛單產情況以及牛羣情況預測，牧場單產突破45公斤的潛力十足。
甘肅是我國六大牧區之一，這裏地處“黃金奶源帶”，氣候乾燥，日照充足，水資源純淨無污染，飼草及水質的品質好，農業資源得天獨厚，滿足了奶牛養殖和產出優質原奶的最優條件。作為國內最大的牧草產區，甘肅還擁有優質的牧草資源，飼草產品質量達到國內一流水準。優然牧業每年在甘肅地區採購優質苜蓿、燕麥，降低牧場養殖成本的同時，也為牧場提供了充足的飼草保障。
記者在優然牧業武威牧場獲悉，牧場應用了全球領先的奶牛養殖設施和設備，以及優然自主開發的智慧牧場管理系統，通過其40多年奶牛養殖數據積累構建的分析模型，對牧場運營進行大數據分析，實時監控牧場奶牛生理特徵及牧場飼養環境等各環節，並對奶牛的全生命週期進行精準管理，為奶牛單產、原奶品質提升提供了充足的保障。今年9月，甘肅省省委副書記、省長任振鶴專程到牧場調研，對牧場規模化、智能化的建設標準和領先行業的養殖技術給予肯定。
今年三季度，優然牧業武威牧場提出了“提單產、增利潤”大幹100天工作要求，深挖牧場潛力，通過團隊賦能，從營養管理、舒適度管理、防寒通風、飼餵保障等多項工作進行改善。科學的管理為牧場實現單產新突破奠定了基礎。
