地政總署公布,上周五截標的觀塘安達臣道第二幅商業用地,由新地(00016.HK)以2.96億元投得市場早前預測,地皮估值最低約3.7億元。
地盤面積逾5.7萬平方呎,以項目最高樓面面積11萬平方呎計算,每呎樓面地價約2,684元,較今年8月底批出予領展(00823.HK)的安達臣道首幅商業地低約51%。
