領展再入稟要求凱施交吉4鋪位 並追討51.5萬元欠款
領展物業繼日前入稟高等法院要求凱施交吉3舖位及償還欠租等款項後,昨日(22日)再分四案入稟高院,要求法庭頒令被告凱施食品及大股東蕭偉堅交吉4鋪鋪位,並追討51.5萬元欠款及連本帶利賠償一切損失。
涉案店舖包括位於香港柴灣小西灣村小西灣商場的「凱施餅店」,月租9.8萬元,本月起拖欠租金及雜費近11.4萬元;位於九龍藍田啟田道啟田商場的「凱施餅店」,月租18.3萬元,自10月起欠租及雜費近25.7萬元;位於北區粉嶺祥華商場的「凱施餅店」,月租8.4萬元,自10月起拖欠租金及雜費近10萬元。
此外,另外一張入稟狀涉及位於油塘鯉魚門廣場的「365日工坊」,月租2.7萬元,自10月起欠租4.4萬元。
