騰訊(00700.HK)大股東Naspers收到美團(03690.HK)股份股息後考慮出售
騰訊(00700.HK)大股東Naspers表示,於收到騰訊作爲特別股息派發的美團(03690.HK)股份後,會考慮「持有作出售」(held for sale)。
騰訊上週宣佈以「十派一」比例,分派美團約9.58億股B類普通股作特別中期股息。
另外,Naspers公佈中期業績,盈利倒退38%至14億美元,反映騰訊的貢獻減少及對投資於擴展電子商務擴展;核心盈利則下降51%至3.72億美元。
