海南:更大範圍內試行「零關稅」和「低稅率」政策
海南省人民政府辦公廳近日發布關於進一步優化營商環境降低市場主體制度性交易成本的實施意見,以貫徹落實《國務院辦公廳關於進一步優化營商環境降低市場主體制度性交易成本的意見》精神,進一步推動海南省助企紓困政策落實,降低制度性交易成本,提振市場主體信心,穩定宏觀經濟大盤提供有力支撐。
其中,意見提出用好海南自由貿易港稅收優惠政策,紮實做好封關運作前期準備,在更大範圍內試行「零關稅」和「低稅率」政策,研究推進「簡稅制」,確保如期順利封關運作。
