调查:逾五成受访者料圣诞个人消费按年增加
新城财经台公布年度「後疫情时代港人圣诞节消费模式」调查结果,显示超过五成的受访者(54%)预计今年圣诞个人消费会增加,超过三成受访者(34%)表示消费会与去年相同,当中只有12%受访者表示会缩减消费。
上述调查於本年10月期间以网上问卷形式进行,共访问了4,936名年龄介乎18至65岁人士。对於今年圣诞购物及消费意向,46%受访者预计会选择到商场内的商店,21%选择在零售店铺消费,花费在网购的占31%,出外用餐(56%)和逛街购物(52%)亦比去年增加。
调查显示,最能吸引受访者於圣诞到商场购物的主要原因是商场推出的购物折扣和优惠,例如:免费停车、美食广场的折扣等(65%),令消费者可以尽情购物,其次是商场更早更长的促销活动(51%)及提供购物大抽奖(49%)。而商场消费储积分计划,都是受访者考虑的因素之一。
网上购物已经成为市民日常生活的一部分,调查显示受访者在过去六个月的消费模式,网上消费渐趋成熟,接近九成受访者表示曾在网上购物,19%更是平均每星期网上购物至少一次。四成以上的市民曾用大型商场设立的网上平台提供的服务,甚至76%曾使用网上平台提供订餐或用自取平台服务。
被问及购买不同类型产品的渠道,近七成受访者表示购买机票或酒店住宿类别,会在商店的专属网店、团购/代购网站或平台,以及综合电商平台选购。至於美容及化妆品类别,比较少人选择在直播带货平台购买。大约有六成受访者表示仍然会去实体店选购食品、饮品、家具及家居用品,原因是受访者需要先接触货品及向店员面对面查询清楚後才购买,喜欢逛街购物的过程(54%)。
调查显示支付宝(Alipay)是最常用的电子支付工具,使用率超过六成(66%),其次为PayMe使用率增长最为显着上升达五成而升至第二位,八达通跌至第三位(48%)。资料亦显示,至少三分之一受访者表示单次付款限额可达1,000港元,显示他们对使用电子支付非常安心。
