國泰(00293.HK):合資格駐港員工加薪3.3% 另派一個月基本薪金作特惠金
國泰航空(00293.HK)行政總裁鄧建榮向員工發出最新內部通告,宣佈按合資格駐港員工的底薪調高3.3%,同時派發相當一個月基本薪金作特惠金,並形容公司經營已由「求存」轉向「復甦」。
在內部通告中,鄧健榮表示,過去數月國泰已加速增加往返主要航點航班,雖然預計全年業績仍錄重大虧損,但有信心下半年經營現金流恢復正數,代表公司不再「燒錢經營」。
至於外站員工方面,國泰航空表示,會個別通知加薪和特惠金金額。
