格隆匯11月18日丨360數科-S(03660.HK)發佈公吿，公司擬全球發售554萬股股份，其中香港發售股份56萬股，國際發售股份498萬股，另有15%超額配股權；2022年11月18日至11月23日招股，預期定價日為11月23日；公開發售價將不超過每股香港發售股份88.80港元，每手買賣單位50股，入場費約4485港元；花旗及中金公司為聯席保薦人；預期股份將於2022年11月29日於聯交所主板掛牌上市。
集團是一家成立於2016年的中國信貸科技平台，提供全方位的科技服務，以在貸款生命週期中協助金融機構、消費者及小微企業，服務範圍包括獲取借款人、初步信用評估、資金匹配及貸後服務，並以360借條應用程序為主要用户界面。集團致力通過為金融機構提供信貸科技服務，讓消費者及小微企業獲得更方便、更個性化的信貸服務。集團通過科技服務協助金融機構識別消費者及小微企業的多方面需求、透過多渠道有效觸達信用良好的潛在借款人、加強對於潛在借款人的信用評估、管理信貸風險並改善催收策略及效率。
集團通過AI及數據分析，從生活及商業場景與用户的長期互動中精煉出對用户的洞察力，為金融機構於貸款生命週期各個不同階段提供賦能，賦能金融機構擴大服務觸達範圍以滿足消費者及小微企業的融資需要，並讓用户獲得更觸手可及的信貸服務。集團的主要收入來源是向金融機構提供技術解決方案所得的服務費。截至2022年6月30日，集團已累計為2560萬名借款人撮合貸款約人民幣11,275億元(1,683億美元)。截至同日，集團的累計獲批授信額度的用户達到4130萬名。截至2022年6月30日，集團撮合的消費在貸餘額達人民幣1,311億元(196億美元)。集團聚焦於消費信貸科技市場，並已經逐步將服務擴展到小微企業信貸科技市場。
按照香港公開發售及國際發售每股88.80港元的指示性發售價計算，假設超額配股權未獲行使，集團估計全球發售所得款項淨額約為3.646億港元。集團計劃將全球發售所得款項淨額約50%在未來3年內使用，用於進行研發以增強集團的技術及信用評估能力，並開發更多樣化的技術解決方案以響應金融機構不斷變化的需求，並微調集團的服務及解決方案；約40%預計將在未來3年內使用，用於進一步滲透信貸科技行業及擴大用户羣體；及約10%預計將在未來3年內使用，用於一般公司用途及營運資金需求。
