《盈警響號》保集健康(01246.HK)料上半財年淨虧損擴至1.28億元
保集健康(01246.HK)發盈警,料截至今年9月30日止六個月,錄得綜合虧損淨額不少於約1.28億元,去年同期則綜合虧損淨額約2,700萬元。
集團表示,綜合虧損淨額擴大主要是,期內投資物業預期公允值虧損及物業、廠房及設備減值虧損,乃由於受新冠疫情爆發產生的不利影響及全球宏觀經濟環境不確定導致潛在購房客戶整體財務狀況惡化,令彼等的需求減弱所致;及期內已確認收益及毛利減少,乃由於內地若幹城市於新冠封城期間延遲物業交付。(ca/s)
