九龍倉置業(01997.HK):預計聖誕期間海港城人流按年升5%至10%
海港城舉行「我們的快樂聖誕」亮燈儀式,九龍倉置業(01997.HK)執行董事凌緣庭表示,去年聖誕碰上第五波疫情,本港實施多項社交距離措施,即使今年聖誕或有較市民選擇外遊,但現時已放寬,包括餐飲食肆不再限制營業時間,預計餐廳食肆生意較去年上升,同時亦預計聖誕期間,海港城人流按年升5%至10%,本地市場消費佔有率亦會按年增加,並預計平安夜、聖誕節兩日的每日人流將會超過22萬人次。
凌緣庭表示,近月多了一些以東南亞地區為主的遊客,相信一切會慢慢轉好,因此海港城今年特別將整個聖誕節的宣傳規模回復至疫情前水平,全面復常;並相信更多市民會外出及舉辦派對慶祝聖誕,亦需要選購不同聖誕禮物,今年氣氛會較去年轉好。(ca/u)
