行業趁高「抽水」內房物管股重現沽盤 旭輝系、新城、碧桂園系及雅居樂挫12%-23%
恆指及國指午後初段曾進一步跌至18,031及6,135,現報18,148及6,177,回吐1.1%及1.5%,總成交額1,380億元。 雖然中央金融16條撐內房業,中國金融監管要求部分股份制商銀於今年底前為內房提供不少於4,000億元人民幣新增淨融資支持。然而,有分析指,相關金額對債務纏身的民企內房來講只屬「杯水車薪」,難以解決財困問題;加上碧桂園(02007.HK)及雅居樂(03383.HK)趁高先後宣布折讓近18%「抽水」。內房股今天重現沽盤,尤其是先舊後新配股淨籌逾7.8億元的雅居樂繼昨天升至3.88創半年高遇壓未能企穩牛熊線(3.35)後,今天扭三連漲,最低見2.46元,現報2.5元,回吐23%,成交受2.95億股配股上板帶動增至5.31億股,涉資14.2億元。 日前宣布配新股淨籌38.7億元的碧桂園繼昨天扭轉本月由上市低位累飆逾2倍強勢,股價由逾三個月高位回落後,今天曾再挫逾19%失守配股價2.68元,最低見2.58元(守穩50天線2.51元),現報2.71元,僅續吐15%,成交7.39億股,涉資20.89億元。 時代中國(01233.HK)及龍光(03380.HK)急吐17%-18%,報1.12元及0.86元,前者股價失守百天線(1.23元)。新城發展(01030.HK)繼本周一升至3.99元創逾四個月高遇壓未能企牛熊線(3.68元)後,股價掉頭連吐第二天,今天低見2.74元,現報2.81元,續挫14%。 金茂(00817.HK)、富力(02777.HK)、祥生(02599.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)、遠洋(03377.HK)、中駿(01966.HK)和旭輝(00884.HK)也挫8%-12%,後者沽壓最大,曾挫近19%低見1.17元。 萬科(02202.HK)、綠城中國(03900.HK)及龍湖(00960.HK)回吐5.5%-6%,曾分別低見13.3元、、11.24元及19.5元。擬發行上限30億人民幣中期票據的美的置業(03990.HK)高見10.18元乏力,掉頭低見8.88元,現報8.94元,倒跌4%。國企內房潤地(01109.HK)、中海外(00688.HK)及越秀地產(00123.HK)反覆吐約2%-3%。 物管股以融創服務(01516.HK)、合景悠活(03913.HK)、新城悅服務(01755.HK)、碧服(06098.HK)、時代鄰里(09928.HK)及旭輝永升服務(01995.HK)沽壓較大,股價吐10%-16%,曾分別低見2.65元、1.51元、6.97元、16.5元、0.69元及4.11元。 雅生活(03319.HK)、綠城服務(02869.HK)及遠洋服務(06677.HK)吐約7%-8.5%;保利物業(06049.HK)回吐4%曾低見41.55元。
