《半日總結》恆指跌209點 內房股挫 雅居樂下瀉21%

再有內房配股集資，港股今日早市回吐。恆指低開173點，早段曾倒升70點見18,414點，其後回落，半日跌209點或1.14%，報18,133點；國指跌96點或1.54%，報6,172點；恆生科技指數跌69點或1.82%，報3,744點。大市半日成交總額1,004.92億元，滬、深港通南下交易半日淨流入26.17億及17.16億元人民幣。
雅居樂(03383.HK)擬先舊後新折讓近18%配股，淨籌逾7.8億元，半日股價跌21.2%報2.57元。其餘內房股下跌，碧桂園(02007.HK)、時代中國((01233.HK)、旭輝(00884.HK)及龍光(03380.HK)各跌15.2%至17.5%。富力(02777.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)、金茂(00817.HK)及遠洋(03377.HK)各跌8.9%至9.9%，龍湖(00960.HK)跌7.5%。物管股碧服(06098.HK)及雅生活(03319.HK)各跌14.3%及8.1%。地產軟件股明源雲(00909.HK)及地產代理平台貝殼(02423.HK)各跌9.5%及5.3%。
主要科技股下跌，騰訊(00700.HK)跌1.6%報283.4元，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)跌1.6%報77.65元，小米(01810.HK)、美團(03690.HK)及京東(09618.HK)各跌3.9%至4.1%，百度(09888.HK)及網易(09999.HK)各跌1.6%及0.4%，快手(01024.HK)跌2.3%，嗶哩嗶哩(09626.HK)高開7.6%後升幅收窄，半日升1.6%。
騰訊音樂(01698.HK)季度非國際公認會計準則純利升36%，股價升28.7%報22.5元，成交額719萬元。同業雲音樂(09899.HK)亦升10.6%。其餘科技股方面，金蝶(00268.HK)、微盟(02013.HK)及眾安在線(06060.HK)各跌4.1%至4.7%，萬國數據(09698.HK)、京東健康(06618.HK)及平安好醫生(01833.HK)各升5.2%至7%，新東方在線(01797.HK)升3.9%報40.3元。
瑞聲(02018.HK)指附屬被舜宇(02382.HK)指涉專利侵權，稱有充分抗辯理由。瑞聲挫9.9%報17元。舜宇則隨市回吐3.3%。
汽車股回吐，小鵬(09868.HK)跌9.2%，長汽(02333.HK)及蔚來(09866.HK)各跌5.8%及6.8%，理想(02015.HK)及吉利(00175.HK)各跌4%及4.6%。消費股亦普遍回落，阿里影業(01060.HK)及泡泡瑪特(09992.HK)各跌9.9%及7.2%，中國飛鶴(06186.HK)及特步(01368.HK)各跌3.8%及4.8%。
個別醫藥股出現炒作，潤藥(03320.HK)、綠葉製藥(02186.HK)及威高(01066.HK)各升5.2%至5.9%。
金融股方面，匯控(00005.HK)跌1.2%報44.15元，港交所(00388.HK)跌2.7%報301元，友邦(01299.HK)跌0.1%報75.7元。
