安信證券最新研報表示,Q3家電行業收入增速回升,白電及上游板塊表現穩健,盈利能力改善如期延續。東莞證券指出,近期房地產融資利好政策出台,階段性的房貸降息配合上限售限購的放鬆,將促進剛需性住房需求加速釋放,有望帶動地產後週期屬性的大家電行業需求。
